The Budapest Transport Privately Held Corporation

BKV Energy project

The Energy Management System, which supports the management and planning of energy consumption costs. The system receives basic data via SAP interface, for which additional information (e.g. meter readings, billing data…) is entered into the system. The system allocates costs based on a complex hierarchy of allocation rules and assigns them to cost centres, order numbers or sub-consumers. The finished allocation file is uploaded to SAP. In addition, the system supports energy planning based on historical consumption data.

BKV Property project

It manages a register of BKV’s real estate objects, with different attributes for each type, a map display, a time monitoring for date-type attributes, a register of employees in each real estate, and several real estate-specific reports. The system is linked to SAP through a number of interfaces.

BKV Investment project

A system for managing and monitoring the entire investment process of BKV, developed through the implementation of the KFŐNIX framework. The management of the process was not automated before. The implementation is expected to lead to shorter lead times and more efficient operation through monitorability.

BKV procurement project

Following the survey, it is planned to develop a system that implements the assessed process, where the client’s expectation is also to reduce lead times and operate more efficiently.
