The Municipality of Budapest
Delivering and supporting the Municipality of Budapest tax administration system to date
The Local Taxes Information System (HAIR) is one of the oldest, but still efficiently functioning IT systems of the The Municipality of Budapest – Mayor’s Office. The system supports the tax-related tasks falling under the competence of local governments, including the servicing of tax returns of customers and the tax administration tasks of the Office. The proper functionality and operational security of HAIR is of utmost importance for the Office and the local government, as it has to ensure the collection of some HUF 240 billion of revenue per year, while at the same time it affects hundreds of thousands of customers, whose administrative burden has to be kept to the minimum. The system was originally developed in 1995 and implemented by Ulyssys Ltd. as a subcontractor. Due to the constant changes in tax legislation, the modernisation of available technologies and the new functional needs of the system, significant improvements are made to the system every year, and since 2010 we have been directly implementing the system as a main contractor. In recent years, these include the introduction of the electronic tax return (webHAIR), the implementation of the electronic payment facility, the renewal of the tax invoicing module (webAdó), the renewal of the control module and the development of the risk analysis module.
KIFÜ

National Ambulance Service
Participation in the implementation of the ERP system of the National Ambulance Service
The National Ambulance Service (OMSZ) has decided to implement our company’s FIKSZ10 certified Process Management and Records Management Software as part of the Integrated Enterprise Management System for document management tasks. The FIKSZ system is a certified document management system, the latest version 10.0 of which already meets the requirements of the BM Decree 3/2018 (21.II.).
The system is based on the Kfönix framework developed by Ulyssys and the procedures are managed by the UlyBPM module, also developed in-house and integrated into the system. In the OMSZ configuration, documents are stored in Alfresco DMS using PostgreSQL database management. The system runs on Microsoft Windows operating system. ABBYY FineReader server is used to perform OCR tasks.
Axiál
Precision management support system
Axiál Ltd. entrusted us with the development of a nutrient allocation planning system for precision farming. The mAXI-MAP solution, developed primarily for small and medium farmers, enables nutrient allocation planning in a way that can be run on mobile and desktop computers. The system is highly intuitive and ergonomic to use, yet the extensive geo-spatial functionality does not overburden users. Using the ISOXML standard and standard SHAPE formats, finalized application plans are produced in a format that can be directly processed by GPS monitors controlling the implements.
The system is well on the way to providing the necessary analysis and intervention points, as well as the most automated data collection and processing required for nutrient application planning and the issuing of work orders based on the finalised plans.
Hungarian State Treasury
Development of Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) developed for the Agricultural and Rural Development Office in 2004, renewal and modernisation of the system from 2013 onwards, implementation of IT tasks related to the introduction of the KFŐNIX framework and the transition to the Hungarian State Treasury
The system provides full IT support for the €2 billion of EU agricultural and rural development payments per year, from the web-based receipt of applications, through every step of the administration, from the evaluation of satellite and geo-spatial data-based checks, to the generation of payments and full accounting. The system is linked to a complete MDM (Master Data Management) system, which on one hand keeps a complete risk classification of the office’s clients based on statistical analysis, and on the other hand a database of geo-spatial and numerical features of land parcels, buildings, objects and addresses relevant to the clients.
The National Council of Wine Communities

The Energy Management System, which supports the management and planning of energy consumption costs. The system receives basic data via SAP interface, for which additional information (e.g. meter readings, billing data…) is entered into the system. The system allocates costs based on a complex hierarchy of allocation rules and assigns them to cost centres, order numbers or sub-consumers. The finished allocation file is uploaded to SAP. In addition, the system supports energy planning based on historical consumption data.
BKV Property project
