The direct target group of the present project is the 78 people who participated in the training, of which all 78 are currently working in our company. With this in mind, we have identified, together with the training institutions, a bottleneck of employees whose professional development is justified and in the long-term interests of both our employees and our company, and whose professional development is justified by developments in the market. In addition to this, we have also performed a preliminary analysis of the areas of training that we can provide to meet the full needs of our existing client base.
The indirect beneficiaries are the owners and our target group.
The training is delivered at our own headquarters. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project, a project manager has been appointed but no salary support is required. They have relevant professional experience and a higher education degree.
